francene rouelle
Debut: Jan 2024
francene rouelle writes more than pop songs: she writes perspective. An Austin-based Filipina American artist under mHart - Texas' first and only Asian American music label - francene creates a controlled chaos of confessional songwriting, brutal honesty, and ever-evolving production. Coming off a series of headline shows across Texas, francene's upcoming sophomore album if u see me like this out September 18th rounds out a truly breakout 2026.
