Living on a farm with her Filipino family has nurtured a songwriting style of warmth and creativity as she defines a new space for herself in Asian Pop. As a first generation Filipina, francene aims to build a community that shares a love for music and helps listeners find a strong sense of belonging within her songs and her story.

promqueen is a second generation Vietnamese queer Pop/Rap artist based in Austin, Texas. Built on authenticity, tự nhiên (being natural) and cultural pride, promqueen writes music for herself, her family, and other Asian Americans who have ever struggled with “not being Asian enough” while simultaneously “not being American enough.”
While her 2023 debut album szn one served as her cultural coming out project, 2024’s “szn two” captures her processing that information and crafting her own self and cultural identity.
